E is for Earl Grey Cookies

What: Early Grey Cookies
What:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons loose earl grey tea leaves (6 tea bags)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup or 2 sticks room temperature butter
Fact: Salt brings out more of the sweetness! food science is amazing.
